Limited. Your use of this Web site is subject to the terms and conditions
below. By accessing this Web site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If
you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this web site.
Availability of Ferrari Automotive Art
All our artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first-come-first-served
basis unless it has been reserved by Paul Williams. All artwork sales are
confirmed by email and are usually sent within 72 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any
reason. Should this occur we will issue a full refund
immediately.
Payment of Ferrari
Art
Customers can pay for their automotive art using our secure online processor which at this time
is PayPal. PayPal accept most credit and debit cards and offer improved customer protection and safety. Payment of
paintings must be received and cleared in full before any shipping or delivery can take place. All shipping charges
are extra and will be applied at time of order. Customs duty may be applicable in your area but this depends on
different country policies and is the responsibility of the customer.

Our guarantee is that you will love your Ferrari art or other supercar portrait or you can return it for a full
no-questions asked refund for up to one full year. This 365-day money back guarantee applies to all automotive
art paintings, even custom portraits.
We offer one of the maddest guarantees you could ever hope to find. There is only
one rule that commonsense and courtesy will dictate - we just ask that any Ferrari painting is returned to us in
decent reasonable condition. By that we mean no cuts, slashes, mould, damage etc. That's it, there are no hidden
restocking fees, get-out-clauses or any other catches.
We genuinely want you to love our paintings or at least be happy. Satisfaction is
not our goal, we want you to be delighted, so if you are merely satisfied we are not happy. You can send your
painting back for any reason at any time for up to a whole year. There will be no messing around from us, just a
quick, prompt and courteous refund.
Damaged
Automotive Art
Accidents happen but we try
to avoid artwork being damaged as much as we can. All Ferrari art is sent rolled in bubblewrap and placed in a strong, sturdy plastic
tube. We are also cafeful not to post items during harsh weather such as severe snow, storms etc mainly to prevent
the art from sitting around in sorting offices, stuck on lorrys or other cargo holding areas. In such cases you
will be notified by email.
Should any artwork arrive damaged please let us know immediately. If there is
excessive damage to the packaging, please refuse to accept delivery so the painting will be returned to us. If you
notice damage after opening, please take pictures of the damage and email your photos to us, or simply return the
painting. Our standard guarantee will automatically kick in and we will offer you a choice of having the pictured
repainted or issue a full refund.
